As your Representative in Concord, I will protect "the New Hampshire Advantage."
Let's continue to limit state spending, maintain low taxes, and prevent excessive state regulation
to keep the Granite State
“business friendly”
and a great place to live!
Every State, including New Hampshire, is now a "sales tax" state thanks to inflation.
Inflation is a 'tax' from Washington DC NO ONE VOTED FOR!
Prices for consumer goods have increased more than 20% over the last 3 years.
That means ONE FIFTH of checking & retirement account purchasing power-
PERMANENTLY GONE!
Prices continue to rise monthly. Survival is getting more difficult especially for those on fixed incomes and with very limited savings.
To remedy this, all New Hampshire energy supplies, both traditional and and renewables, must be increased by encouraging growth in this sector - as Donald J. Trump promises to do!
This simple step will reduce our costs of electricity, heating and transportation - and cut expenses for all Granite Staters!
I am a lifelong advocate of school choice!
Educational choice improves academic performance by increasing competition, and allows families to find the services best suited for their unique young learners!
As your State Rep with a seat on the House Education Committee
I will work to enact passage of "Education Freedom Accounts" - for ALL Granite State families!
Parental Rights should be fully respected - and parents should maintain ultimate authority over the direction of their children's education and cultural upbringing.
Unfortunately, efforts are underway to have public schools assume parental decisions without consent, hide information about student's welfare, and mandate leftist curriculum and age-inappropriate sexual topics. Such 'mission creep' in our schools must end.
I also support a ban on males competing in female sports and using female restrooms - and oppose transgender medical procedures on young children. Public funding should never be used for these procedures. Democrats across the aisle recently voted to raise the marriage age to 18 - one saying this "huge emotional commitment" is not appropriate for young teens.
If so, why are transgender medical interventions for youngsters advisable?
10's of millions of illegal immigrants have flooded into the US the last 3 years. National Security is now at risk, crime is up, and welfare spending on illegals is decimating state finances.
America's taxes should only be used for veterans' services and for programs supporting our own citizens.
We shouldn't be forced to bail out millions fleeing corrupt, failed socialist countries.
Those nations need to reform their economies to free-market capitalism, and we should protect our borders and our private property rights!
The Northern border must be fully secured to prevent unlawful entry, human trafficking, fentanyl deaths, and terrorist threats.
No driver licenses, public benefits, voting rights, or other privileges should be given to illegal immigrants “waiting” for asylum. International Driver's Permits can be obtained by any foreigner wanting to drive US roads - they need not be given State-issued licenses, as Massachusetts has done!
Sanctuary cities should be prohibited throughout New Hampshire. At the Federal level, work needs to be done to restore the policy that voluntary households sponsoring legal migrants agree to pay for any public services needed,
as has been past policy.
Election Integrity remains a critical issue.
We must enhance State laws to secure elections and make it "Easy to Vote, Hard to Cheat."
Tighter voter identification measures are critical to ensure only American citizens are permitted a ballot.
Mandatory audits of all NH elections should be completed with hand-counting of paper ballots - not just a "recount" with tallying machines.
I support earmarked seats on town "Supervisors of the Checklist" (which oversee registered voter lists), to ensure positions are allotted to each political party. This is something we currently do with Election Inspectors (party-appointed Poll Workers), and will ensure better transparency by preventing one party from potentially monopolizing these important town committees.
I am a lifelong defender of our 1st AND 2nd Amendment Rights and will always vote to protect them as your Rep in Concord!
I support medical freedom and increased health insurance competition to lower costs. I protested against and oppose mandated experimental 'vaccines' and shutdowns of businesses, churches, and other organizations.
Protecting our State's autonomy is crucial to preserving our freedom. Federal overreach comes in many forms - including grant monies with regulatory "strings" attached. Grants with excessive strings (E.g. funding coming from the Dept. of Education) must be monitored carefully and when necessary - rejected. Our NH Attorney General must be willing to stand up to regulatory excesses - and join other states' Attorneys General to file lawsuits against unconstitutional Federal policies and regulations!
On the issue of abortion, I support our existing NH state law which protects a woman's choice during the first 6 months of pregnancy.
Our beautiful towns have so many natural wonders - lakes & ponds, state forests, wildlife and natural areas, hiking trails, and a vast aquifer system which we cherish. I will always vote to protect them as your State Rep!
